Convert one cycle at a time.

Conversion begins from your next billing due date or prepaid expiry date. Each unused-data declaration must be submitted within the final day of that usage cycle and supported by verification.

Conversion rules

Start date

Your 3-month buffer period starts from your next billing due date. For prepaid users, it starts from the next plan expiry or renewal date.

One cycle at a time

Only one usage cycle can be declared at a time. Month 2 cannot be submitted until Month 1 has ended.

Final-day submission

The unused amount must be declared within the final day of the usage cycle. Late declarations may be marked pending or rejected.
